True Health-NOW!
It cannot be overstated how important it is for us to maintain a healthy, empowered immune system.
Our natural immune system is our biology's protective force field which constantly flexes it's superhero powers against ongoing viral and bacterial microbial invasion. So, keeping our IS supercharged and in "optimal functioning" mode is essential for our overall health and well-being.
Countless modern factors may challenge and inhibit the action of our IS, thereby leaving us vulnerable to myriad illness, disease and a general state of toxicity. These factors include record-high levels of pollution in our waters and our air, the depletion of our life-sustaining oxygen levels and the multitudes of intense stresses many of us are contending with (exhausting work weeks, impossible job demands, financial distress, emotional imbalances) as well as degraded food vitality due to depleted top soils, current weather extremes, and the prevalence of mutated super-bugs resulting from over-use of medical antibiotics.
Being a healthy human has never been more of a challenge AND more fundamental to the quality of our life experience. Having empowered choices for the well being and health of ourselves and our families is a precious freedom we ALL deserve, and this very freedom is threatened by the corporate intere$ts of the pharmaceutical drug companies like Big Pharma. We need to protect our rightful access to complimentary forms of health care and treatment. We need to maintain the right to adequately educate ourselves about our various options as well as being able to choose for ourselves what we put into our bodies, and when to keep ourselves in a perpetual state of wellness.
If you would like more information on the hidden realities undermining our freedom to this choice, please take the time to watch this Google Video:

Openly published statistics show that a frighteningly high percentage of national deaths result from the adverse complications of pharmaceutical drugs use. It is also known that there are many prescribed drugs which are experimental in nature, eagerly promoted to ensure gains in profit before health gains. There are also dangers of being an uniformed consumer of powerful drug alternatives, which is why it is essential to consult reputable sources as well as our health-care professionals before embarking on any intensive health regime.
A unique innovation based on Nasa research on how to best support the health of astronauts in space, OxySilver* combines the advances of sound technology and special light properties with a trace amount of silver (silver hydrosols, which are broad-spectrum anti-microbials proven to really work!!) It is then combined with oxygen to create a mineral power-water capable of working true wonders! This 'easy to swallow' mineral water is taken internally to address all health concerns with rather remarkable results, offering a safe, organic alternative to synthetic antibiotics, immunizations and other invasive, potentially dangerous conventional therapies.
To find out more about this truly AWESOME nutritional supplement which by far exceeds the common results of most alternative supplements endorsed to vitalize health, please visit the site below. Crane
In a traditional Anishnabe sweat lodge in Thunder Bay, under the guidance of a strong, grounded and resonantly silent Ojibway Medicine Man, I was gifted with my Ojibway name:
Looking Crane Woman.
I didn't particularly resonate with the deeper meaning of this at the time, as I was only 21 years old and freshly walking along the path of the Red Road. It was certainly a meaningful, curious and exciting aspect of my spiritual awakening, to be given a 'new animal name' as a mark of my solidarity with the Ojibway Peoples. I figured the personal reference to the Crane was indeed a literal gift: I simply looked like a Crane with my long, slender limbs and particularly unique manner of dancing with my fluid arms feather-like in the wind.
That's when I decided to explore the essence of Crane more intimately.
I further discovered some rich Celtic lore associated with the Crane (my biological roots are primarily Celtic). I learned that Cranes, or 'Moon Birds' were known to be the keeper of literary secrets and possessed a hidden, symbolic language aptly empowered to communicate with the Gods. Cranes were seekers of the deeper mysteries and truths. They were thought by the Celts to be messengers of the Gods because they represent higher states of consciousness and divine communion. As tireless migratory birds, they are known to fly further than any other bird, thereby representing perseverance, abominable strength and disciplined purpose. It is said that the intelligence and the discipline of the Crane gave it the true knowledge of the Self.
The Crane was also a bird of the Sea-God, Lir. (Oh, there's that watery Pisces thing again......) Truly an animal ally to be inspired by!
In Ojibwa Culture, the White Crane Clans were the hereditary chiefs known for their clear and loud voices, making Cranes strong speakers and inspired leaders. The Ojibwa symbols for Crane include the East, Sunrise, Yellow, Beginnings, Innocence, Spontaneity and Joy. Crane Clan members were acknowledged orators of the tribe known as Bus-in-as-see, or 'Echo-Maker', acting as interpreters for the wishes of the people. Apparently Cranes are able to claim, with an apparent justice, the chieftainships over the other clans of the Ojibwa.
I am ever awed, humbled and intrigued by the potency of my spiritual-animal alliance and how Crane guides the higher evolution of my Soul with these noble attributes and power traits. I am most proud to walk, to fly, to migrate from life experience to life experience, however exhaustive the inner migration, with Crane. I feel an inextricable sense of oneness with my Crane-Self as it continues to fly me home on magestic wings to the rising sun within, this home of secret songs of the Self, echoing moon-drenched poems of God to the People of the Wind, to the People of my Life, to the Ancestors who flew with Crane before me and to those who will fly with Crane tomorrow.
May All Blessings Be True and may you be inspired to know the animal gift in Y-O-U too!

Columbus Day is NOT a Celebration Holiday

Please consider today a ripe opportunity to send forth sincere heart-felt prayers, our loving thoughts and our blessings to all the Tribes of Turtle Island. A day to offer up our humble hands in gratitude of our First Nations brothers and sisters of this land we too call home. Unless you are of First Nations blood, we, as ‘imports’ are all essentially colonialists living on claimed First Nations territory. This deserves our utmost respect, gratitude as well as our genuine reconciliatory efforts. We need to open to and hear the uncomfortable truth about the historic experiences of the First Peoples on their terms.

"Prince" Sylvian of Neptune
Subjective experience, continually seeping.
Into and from our engaged senses,
Activating our emotional responses.
Conscious-unconscious memories shaped by visceral impressions,
Swirling through our stimulated limbic systems.
A veritable concoction of bio-chemicals.
Triggering similar responses to future stimuli.
And we think we can be subjective????? Ha!
Try as I may to remain fairly neutral in my astrological character assessments, I am inevitably confronted time and time again with my own limited biases, my personal favourite "astro-pets" if you will, my own prejudices, my epic mythological stories and flowery fictions and heroic archetypes etched from the her-story books my own experience.
Romantically, all zodiacal signs have, to some degree, a pre-rehearsed narrative according to the resonant law of attraction and the configuration of planets interacting together as they do. Those water-bearing Aquarians compel me with a kindred warmth and a fundamental sense of sharing a mutual alignment together while epitomizing the essence of a humanitarian soul-brother, Scorpio's are at first rather alluring in a suspect kind of way until their secret power dynamics ultimately repel me, Aries ignite feisty passions in me which arouse the kinkier side of my sexual nature and make me feel like growling into their armpit, while Taurus' tend to be people I want to firmly press my muscles into under tall standing cedar trees.
Gemini men rarely attract me beyond a cerberally fast moving and fairly spectacular display of wit and intellect while Virgo men can be at first quite physically attractive to me until they ask me what I do for a living. Leo men are very passionate and endearing, rather inspiring in their valiant charisma but they ultimate exhaust me in their infantile need for constant attention. Libra men are almost always dangerously irresistible to me and my ready heart strings (that they play like a bard on a Celtic harp) with their sophisticated and exquisite charms, their social graces and their radiant beauty under which I am hypnotically enchanted-a kind of magnetic spell which is inevitably my undoing.
And then there was lovely, delicious and benevolent Pisces. Long ago I discovered that my exalted man-king is a mature Pisces in nature-creative, sensitive, poetic, languid, musical, dreamy, soothing, healing and sensuous. The waters of my psychic soul are composed of true Neptunian sonnets and no being has ever touched my depths in quite as beautiful a way as Pisces. Ancient, timeless, Sea-God-like and wondrously ecstatic. Bless the PISCES who has embraced their divine mastery!
Come with me to the enchanting realms of Sea Prince David Sylvian, the oh soOOoooooo yuUUUUuuuummy Pisces musician-composer-singer extraordinaire: mmmmMmmmmmmmMmmmmmm........................
